Jenny has been busy creating videos on a variety of tea topics. We'll be posting some of them here on our site and you can see all of them over on Youtube.com. The videos capture some of the topics that Jenny talks about when she does a tea tasting or tea ceremony.
This particular video has Jenny talking about how to use a gaiwan. The gaiwan is a tradtional way to steep tea in China but is relatively uncommon here in the U.S. However, a gaiwan is a great way to prepare tea, especially green, white, or oolong tea, in the Chinese manner.
