Buyer has to agree to pay the shipping Fee back to Music City Tea, all the return will cost both the seller and buyer lost the shipping cost, so please be careful select all your product. The seller received all the return without and damage! we will full refund all the credit in 2-3days.
Tea: We cannot accept returns of tea (since it is considered a food). We suggest that if you are uncertain whether you will enjoy an unfamiliar tea that you order a minimum quantity on your first order. If you are unhappy with any tea that you order from us, please call or email us and we'll work with you to address the issue.
Tea ware: Do not return any items before contacting us as we cannot assure credit or reimbursement for postage without prior approval. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with any purchase please call us at 615.775.8053 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
International Sales Tea and Tea Ware: Be careful purchase all your product, we are not accept returns, because the cost of shipping is the big cost for both of us.
We are located in Franklin, Tennessee and collect 9.75% sales tax on all orders shipped to an address in Tennessee.
