ORGANIC Gunpowder Green Tea (Temple of Heaven)
Famous in China as gunpowder or pearl tea, Temple of Heaven is one of the best gunpowder grades. Fresh leaves are rolled into little round pellets and dried according to ancient traditions producing a complex, slightly smoky cup. We make it in a glass teapot to watch the leaves unfurl gracefully during steeping.
